Legacy

There are many services that help people collect memories. One of the ones I use is Storyworth. I find it particularly useful because it takes the large task of collecting memories and breaks it into smaller components, emailing individuals one to a few questions per week and asking them to respond to those questions. I also find that it’s not only a useful way to get a loved ones to share their memories, but also to facilitate discussions.

Ethical Wills

Ethical wills are ways to keep and pass away not our possessions, but our ethical principles, stories, and ideas. There are many resources for ethical wills online. This is one of my favorites, but there are many others as well.

The Box of Life

The box of life provides a methodology for creating a Box of Life -a collection of curated remembrances that reflect the richness of lived experiences.
